The Aries Grille Guard part # AA1044 for your 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee will not allow for you to retain the factory tow hooks. The grille guard will attach to the same spots on the frame rail that the tow hooks use. The tow hooks will need to be removed but the bolts holding the tow hooks to the vehicle will be reused.

The Erickson Bolt-On Tow Hook, item # EM59503, is not designed as a custom fit application but it may work on your 2010 Silverado. You will need to measure where the tow hooks attach on the vehicle to see if the mounting holes in the frame are 1-3/8 inches on center apart, and will accept 1/2 inch diameter bolts. The Chrome Plated Steel Tow Hooks part # 63029 are a universal fit item and we have not had the chance to test the fitment of these on a 1995 GMC K1500 yet. Most likely you will need to drill two holes in each side of the frame to attach the tow hook. I confirmed with my contact at Westin that you will not need to uninstall your tow hooks on your 2019 Ford F-250 to install the Westin HDX Grille Guard # 57-3900. The tow hook should be on the driver's side on the frame. The tow hook is secured by two bolts and is bolted on between the bumper and the tire. Check out the picture I made which shows the location of the tow hook and as well as the video I have linked which shows the tow hook being removed from a 2013 Toyota Rav4.
The tow hook is not a load-bearing part of the vehicle and removing it will not compromise the vehicle at all.

To install Curt Trailer hitch, # 11306, on a 2009 Chevy Aveo5, you will not need to remove the tow hook that is permanently attached to the vehicle. You are correct that if your 2018 Ram 2500 has the factory tow hooks, they will need to be removed to install the EcoHitch Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7900 but they will not be able to be reinstalled.

We do have an option for a grille guard for your 2020 Ford Ranger that allows you to retain the factory tow hooks and skid plate, though there isn't a bracket kit for the Westin grille guards that allows this. You will not need to remove the spare tire when installing the Draw-Tite Class III 2 Inch Hitch # 41015 on your 1997 Toyota Land Cruiser. You will need to remove the tow hooks when you install the hitch, but you will reinstall the tow hooks on the vehicle. When you reinstall the tow hooks you will switch the location of the tow hooks. The passenger side tow hook will go on the drivers side and the drivers side tow hook will go on the passenger side.

I would be happy to clarify that for you! Curt's official stance on the tow hooks is they need to be removed to install their Front Mount Trailer Hitch item # C87FR on your 2021 Ram 1500. We had a customer send in the picture, that you saw, with the tow hooks reinstalled so it is possible but we have no idea how he did it or if this affects the weight capacity. Reinstalling the tow hooks goes against the manufacturer's instructions though so the etrailer answer is no you can not.

The Erickson Bolt-On Tow Hook - Black - 10,000 lbs, item # EM59505, has the same mounting dimensions as the chrome bolt on tow hook, item # EM59503, which I recently measured. The mounting holes are spaced 1-3/8 inches apart on center. I took a photo of the tow hook and added the measurement for you to see.
You will have to measure the spot on your frame that you intend to mount the tow hooks and see if there are existing holes or if there is enough room to drill 1/2 inch holes.

The tow hook cannot be re-installed once the hitch is installed on the 2014 Jeep Patriot, but the good news is the hitch can be used in the same purpose as the tow hook if needed.
The safety chain loops can be used as hooks, or you could get the part # TR63044 and install that in the hitch.

I have actually been asked about this distance before for the MaxxTow Tow Hook # MT70028. Although the first time it was asked they wanted to know the distance from the center of the pin hole to the start of the hook. That measurement is 4-1/8".
